Coriander

Coriander is a small, hollow-stemmed plant in the Apiaceae family, in the genus: Coriandum. Its scientific name is Coriandum sativum. The dried Coriander Seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking as a raw ground form and as well as in different spice mix and used in cuisines throughout the world.

Coriander seeds contain many plant-derived chemical compounds that are known to have been anti-oxidant, disease preventing, and health promoting properties.
